Kathy & Peter flew in from Houston, TX for their winter wedding in the stunning Grand Velas Los Cabos in Mexico!

The bride had the most beautiful getting ready space; the presidential suite at the very top of the resort with a 180-degree view of the coast. She wore a white robe whilst her bridesmaids wore blue robes as they toasted the day on the balcony. Gifts were exchanged and a few confetti cannons went off on the bed! The couple opted out of a first look which worked out due to everything being in the same venue and having plenty of time after the ceremony for portraits.

Their intimate wedding ceremony was on a lawn facing the sunset. Happy tears were shed by everyone when the bride walked down the aisle with her romantic lace dress. Rose petals were thrown after they said their I do’s and walked down the aisle as husband and wife! Sunset portraits were done on the beach just a few steps away as well as various areas of the tropical resort.

Guests were then ushered three stories up to the cocktail and reception area where they enjoyed drinks, a mariachi band, a lounge area, and the endless views of sunset on the beach. The escort cards were custom stirrers in champagne flutes! Long farm tables on three sides, a huge dance floor, and twinkle lights adorned the space. Chic white and green foliage decorated the tables and looked so painterly against the ocean backdrop.

The couple’s grand entrance had a choreographed first dance with twirls and epic lifts, which was just the start of the night! After toasts and some open dancing, the couple cut the cake in the center of the dance floor, in which fireworks surprised the guests! This was so different from other wedding fireworks, everyone admired it whilst dancing and partying away at the same time, especially Kathy & Peter. The night ended with a lot more dancing, drinking, and a heart-warming sparkler exit on the sand!
