Once the date is reserved, a detailed welcome onboarding experience follows to support thoughtful, stress-free planning. At this stage, communication and collaboration with the planner also begins to ensure a well-orchestrated wedding weekend.

Engagement Session
Engagement sessions are scheduled anytime from booking through the weeks leading up to the wedding. Expect location guidance, styling suggestions, and a clear itinerary to ensure an elevated and creative process.

Wedding Prep
Two to three months before the wedding, expect a pre-wedding questionnaire to ensure your priorities and preferences are communicated, along with direct collaboration with the planner, to ensure every logistical detail is aligned and intentional.

Wedding Weekend
With extensive preparation complete, the team arrives early, fully immersed in the timeline and in sync with the planner. Couples remain present while the day unfolds naturally, documented with calm focus and joyful presence.

Gallery
A preview gallery is delivered within one to two days, with the full collection following within four to eight weeks—legacy imagery designed to preserve the weekend wedding as enduring heirlooms.
